Bonus Tips

  1. Feed Change Slowly
Never change feed suddenly. Increase or reduce concentrate max 100 g per day.
Why: Sudden change causes loose motion, bloat & milk drop.
  2. Roughage First, Concentrate Later
Always give green/dry fodder before concentrate.
Why: Keeps rumen healthy and improves feed digestion.
  3. Dry Floor = Healthy Livestock
Keep floor dry, raised or well-drained.
Why: Prevents foot rot, worms & respiratory problems.
  4. Mineral & Salt Are Daily Must
    Give 10–15 g mineral mixture + 5–10 g salt daily.
Why: Prevents weak calves/kids, repeat breeding & milk fall.
  5. Clean Water 24×7
Ensure fresh water always. Summer need increases 30–40%.
Why: Water affects milk, growth & fertility.
  6. Pregnancy Needs Extra Care
Last 6 weeks are sensitive. Avoid stress & feed change.
Why: Healthy mother gives strong offspring.
